๐ค Our Role: We provide recommendations for reputable service providers and coordinate appointments to make your process smooth. However, you contract and pay them directly - we do not collect or profit from these third-party fees.
โ NON-REFUNDABLE
Once submitted to MOTAC and Immigration authorities, government fees cannot be refunded regardless of approval outcome. This is set by government policy, not an MCS decision.
If Client Changes Mind:
50% refund of first payment (minus work already completed and documented)
If We Determine Ineligibility:
100% refund of all payments made to MCS (we take responsibility for initial assessment)
If Client Withdraws Application:
No refund (all professional work completed up to withdrawal point)
If Rejection Due to Our Error:
100% refund of second payment (50% of total fee). We take full responsibility for documentation errors or professional negligence.
If Rejection Due to Client Circumstances:
No refund. Examples: undisclosed criminal record, false documents, financial status changes, government policy changes, quota restrictions.
All Payments Final - Service Successfully Completed โ
Refund policies are determined by individual service providers (insurance companies, clinics, banks, lawyers). MCS has no control over these refund decisions as you contract directly with them.
Every client receives a detailed service agreement clearly stating all fees, payment terms, services included, and refund policy before signing.
All costs are disclosed upfront in writing. We will NEVER charge you additional fees without prior written agreement and your explicit consent.
All invoices clearly separate government fees, our service fees, and any third-party costs. Every charge is explained and justified.
We provide official receipts from MOTAC and Immigration Department for all government fees paid on your behalf. Full paper trail for your records.
We do not take commissions, kickbacks, or markups from insurance companies, clinics, banks, or lawyers we recommend. Our advice is impartial.
